Greek yogurt buffalo dip ingredient notes:

Greek Yogurt: The high protein base of this delicious and nutritious dip! Greek yogurt has the perfect dipping consistency and tanginess to pair with the hot buffalo sauce. You could also opt for a dairy-free yogurt here, but note the consistency may be different.

Buffalo Sauce: A little goes a long way here, so I like to use just 1/3 cup, however for a deeper buffalo flavor, you can add 1/2 a cup and for less spice, reduce to 1/4 cup. Note, this may affect the consistency of the dip. Grab my absolute favorite buffalo sauce here!

Shredded Chicken: The most work you’ll do in this recipe is shredding your chicken. For fastest results, I like to buy a rotisserie chicken, and shred in my mixer. It adds an extra dish to clean, but saves you time overall. If you opt to bake your own,

Celery: A non-negotiable for serving with buffalo dip is always celery sticks. Something about that cold crunch just makes celery the perfect vessel for eating this high-protein dip. Celery is also hydrating and rich in vitamin K, so no snacking regret with this app!
