LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP & BROCCOLI SPAGHETTI SQUASH
When I say obsessed with this meal, I mean OBSESSED with this meal. Not only because it is so delicious, but it’s also so easy despite it sounding complicated. By using spaghetti squash, you pack in more fiber with a hidden serving of veggies. And the lemony olive oily sauce brings this delicious shrimp dish together.
