WEEKLY MEAL PREP | JUNE 9th

this week’s overview

To me, meal prep is all about making things I’m actually excited to eat during the week. Otherwise, the ingredients or meals I prep are just going to go to waste as soon as I have an opportunity to have something else. So, this week’s meal prep truly embodies meals I get SO excited to eat! For breakfast prep, I made a sausage, pepper, and onion egg bake. then for lunches I did some ingredient prep for buffalo chicken bowls and whipped up my favorite summer salad-elote quinoa salads! This meal prep made for an especially tasty week of meals, and nothing went to waste.
