this week’s overview
It’s Sunday again and that means I’m sharing another meal prep rundown with you all! This week I wanted to focus on keeping prep time short, but not compromising on delicious flavors. I ended up making four recipes that all came out so good & took 90 minutes to prep altogether- pumpkin apple muffins, high-protein roasted red pepper egg muffins, sweetgreen-inspired harvest bowl, and creamy tortellini soup.
