this week’s overview
This week’s meal prep consisted of a formula that always sets me up for a successful start to the week! I don’t find it necessary or even doable to prep every single meal for the week, so making a few staples ensures you can fill in the gaps. This week I made my high-protein egg muffins for breakfast, green veggie lemony orzo salad and gluten-free breaded chicken for lunches, and chocolate raspberry protein balls for a sweet treat. all of the recipes are linked below!
