WEEKLY MEAL PREP | August 27TH
this week’s overview
this week’s meal prep consisted of some hearty basics to keep me nourished throughout the week. I did a veggie-packed sheet pan meal that makes a lot of servings so it’s perfect for meal prep + my high-protein breakfast biscuits which are great for taking on-the-go. I also got ahead on some ingredient prep for recipes later in the week so I cooked up some sweet potatoes, shredded barbecue chicken, and quinoa.
