this week’s overview
This week’s meal prep is a fully plant-based one! I’ve been trying to incorporate more plant-based recipes into my diet lately, so I decided this week I would go all in with my grocery shopping and meal prepping to make it fully vegan. It’s really fun to experiment with new recipes and I can’t recommend these plant-based ones enough! I also cooked up a pot of quinoa to go with what I made.
