WEEKLY MEAL PREP | MAY 19th
this week’s overview
This week’s meal prep had so many delicious recipes!! I spent about two hours in the kitchen and felt well prepared for a successful week afterwards. For breakfast, I made a batch of strawberries & cream chia puddings (so easy!!). for lunch, I made a chopped southwest black bean salad, and for dinner I prepped some of my high-protein roasted red pepper pasta. I also baked some chicken and shredded it for barbecue chicken–an easy protein to have on hand!
