WEEKLY MEAL PREP | November 13th

this week’s overview

I’m back in my kitchen meal prepping this week and I’m so excited to be back after doing so much travel in September and October! this week I made a few staples I love – a new version of my high-protein egg bites, some of my Mediterranean inspired quinoa salad, and I used my lemon poppy seed bread recipe and turned it into muffins. I also prepped some chicken so it’d be ready quickly to make my chicken pot pie soup later in the week!
