this week’s overview

I loved everything about this week’s meal prep! I started off with one of my absolute favorite meal prep recipes ever, which is my crispy quinoa edamame salad, and paired it with some sweet & spicy tofu which is the perfect partner for the quinoa salad. I also put together some curry chicken meatballs and homemade sausage & cheddar egg wraps for some high-protein options for the week. I can’t wait to eat everything!
